Every diamond is certified by GIA or IGI.

Insured delivery by FedEx or DHL, depending on your country. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are included in the price I quote you.

• India: bank transfer, credit card or UPI
• United States: Zelle, wire transfer or PayPal
• Rest of the world: PayPal or wire transfer
• PayPal and credit card fees are paid by the customer.

Custom pieces are made for you, so they are not eligible for return. Resizing is available for orders placed and shipped in India or the US only.

Your invoice lists the centre stone, the mounting, the certification fee, shipping and duties as separate lines, so you see exactly what you pay for each.

Trade in any stone you buy from me for full credit toward a new stone priced at least 1.25 times as much. Available for orders placed and shipped in India or the US.

• Credit equals 100% of the stone’s price as itemised on the invoice. The mounting, metal, labour, shipping, duties and certification fee are not included.
• The new stone must be priced at least 1.25 times the stone being credited.
• The credit is used toward a stone. It is never paid out as cash.
• The original stone must be undamaged and returned with its original GIA or IGI report.
• The exchange programme applies only to orders placed and shipped in India or the US.
• Custom jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange. The programme covers the stone only.
• The terms in force on the date of purchase apply.
